How to get the best results from the Dynamis system:

Progression over time and controlled repeatable exposures to workouts are the ultimate key to getting results. In the this system we provide 3 strength workouts a week and 3 sweat workouts a week that change every month. We recommend alternating the workouts each day or a couple days a week for best results.

We pride ourselves on creating an environment that is supportive for all fitness levels, and our coaches are highly skilled on modifying exercises to help you feel challenged but safe. This is the most welcoming weightroom in America.
